We only have 1 electric bike remaining:

•  1 Juiced City Scrambler – This bike features a fixed, non-adjustable seat and a heavier frame with fat tires, making it best suited for more experienced rider.

Important information.

• You may cancel your Five Boro Bike Tour package within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. Cancellations made after 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Please note: that cancellations made within two weeks of the event (April 19th, 2026)  are non-refundable.  If you have any questions or need assistance, our team is always happy to help.

• If heavy rain is forecast on the day of your event, you’re welcome to cancel for a full refund. Your safety and experience are our top priorities. Please keep in mind that electric bikes can be sensitive to severe weather conditions. If you choose to ride in heavy rain, any damage to the bike resulting from those conditions may be the rider’s responsibility.

• Electric Bike
• Helmet
• Extra Battery for Sondors Fold X (Scrambler has an extended battery) – Something to keep in mind, No other eBike rental company provides a spare battery, and their bikes are not capable of completing the 40 mile tour.  (Please bring a carrying bag to safely store the battery for the ride)

eBike and Spare battery will be fully charged when first rented. Battery charger  is available for rental if you wanted to use bike for more then just the “5 Boro Bike Tour” for an additional $25.00

Subway #7 Train (Purple Line ) to Hudson Yards 34th street – Exit train and walk to 29th Street and 11th avenue – across the street from 311 11th Avenue – 5 min walk
or
Subway A,C,E Train (Blue Line) to 34th Street and walk to 29th Street and 11th Avenue 15 min walk
or 2 min walk off the 11th Avenue/Hudson Yards exit walking on the High Line.

Pick up: Saturday May 2nd, 3-8pm by appointment
Drop off: Sunday May 3rd, after the event – 8pm by appointment or Monday morning May 4th, 8:00am – 12:00 noon by appointment).

*Each battery is between 15-25 miles depending on power assist used and how much pedaling you do.
***Maximum range is influenced by pedal assist settings, rider weight, wind resistance, terrain variations (including inclines, hills, and bridges), and throttle usage

• Rider Requirements & Bike Fit

  We want everyone to have an amazing ride! For safety, comfort, and proper bike control, our bikes are designed for riders 5’5” and taller.

  Bike Specifications:

  • Standover Height: 20.5″

  • Seat Height Range: 31.5″ – 41.5″

  • Maximum Rider Weight: 220 lbs

  These guidelines help ensure each rider has the proper fit and confidence to enjoy the tour safely.
